The system was easy to use once I gained experience with it! It's so much better than paper charting that we can't go back now even if our insurance changes or goes away entirely because there are no other options in this area (otherwise known as "the good old days"). You will have an uphill battle getting any new patients but they do provide training/support at least twice per year which helps immensely when you're just learning how everything works together. Try them out first before making your decision - sometimes their support isn’t great after initial implementation either due low volume initially though not necessarily bad service overall from what i've heard others say about theirs too). We were able to track appointments easily without having multiple copies printed off each time.
