I like how easy it was for my students to learn the product from scratch. It also allows them to practice using their devices in an actual setting which helps them be prepared when they go into real life situations. The app can be difficult to navigate sometimes and there are times where you think your doing something wrong but its actually working fine. This could be because you're not familiar enough with this program or maybe the other person wasn't properly trained. Overall, I would suggest trying out the demo first so that you know what's going on before getting too deep into it. My class uses this as part of our learning process since some of us have been around the block a few times now. We've learned how to use our phones safely while driving and how to avoid distractions.
