Plug and play on my 2006 Jeep Commander

Connects to the tail light wiring. You use a self-tapping screw to ground the white wire to the chassis or frame. bright. I also used a second self tapping screw (not included) to install the electrical box into the driver's side tail light cavity. It replaced a branded seat belt whose electronics corroded when the box dangled behind the rear bumper and got wet in inclement weather.
