Makes epic egg sandwiches in a snap.

After the pan is properly seasoned, which takes a few uses, making sunny side up egg sandwiches and or pancakes are a breeze. A shortcut to season your pan. First, put some butter in each hole in the pan, melt the butter and then use a heat safe brush and cover the entire area in butter. Once the pan starts to smoke a bit, turn off the heat and let the pan sit overnight. The next day, cover the pan in avocado oil and do the samething. After that, your cast iron should be locked and loaded.Ultimately, Everyone else who complained about this pan, didn’t know what they were talking about.
