Review on Honeywell Replacement Wicking Filter A, 3 Pack: Efficient White Filters (3 Count) by David Boulanger

Although I liked that it retains its texture better than the original filters, it even seems to retain moisture while the original filters dry out. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks of use, we noticed the appearance of black mold. This is despite the fact that we had an extra antimicrobial silver bead in the tank (maybe just antibacterial) and a HEPA filter/ionizer (which tends to control mold) working in the same bedroom. The previous filters didn't get moldy for a few months / the whole winter season.
