Inaccurate - test, measure and inspect

If I buy something to within 1/16th of an inch I expect that tolerance to be met. This product has 5/64" and 3/32" reversed. The hole marked 5/62" is actually a 3/32" hole, and the hole marked 3/32" is 5/64". My fifth grader would be shocked.
