My speakers have been installed for about 300 miles or so and I am very impressed with the sound! I installed all 4 speakers on the engine protection, I didn't want anything on the steering wheel for aesthetic reasons and I personally think it looks great. I ride with a helmet covering my face and when I'm going at about 75mph I hear music, but barely, but when I'm cruising around town, oh, it draws attention. I read a lot of reviews and saw people talking about it not having an on/off switch. Well, you don't have to. The way I wired mine was got a digital volt meter and found a light wire that shuts off the power when I put a switch in an accessory or ignition so the amp only turns on when that switch is flipped, and this worked great for me. . Now there is no installation guide! The paper that comes with it just shows the schematic, here are your speaker wires and this is your positive and negative and this is your volume control and these are pretty much your 'instructions'. I put my volume control on the left panel. I just made myself a small clamp, painted it black, removed the bottom screw, put the clamp in place and put the screw back in. Now that I have a small problem I need to close the clips on the engine cover. I needed some vises to close the clamp and install the bolt and nut. I also used foam to put between the clamps and the motor. guard. Now I wish BOSS AUDIO also had a volume control or buttons to be able to skip tracks, pause and play music, you have to do this with your phone or whatever device you are using. for the music. I have sent an email to BOSS AUDIO regarding this but have not received a reply. But overall I recommend it to everyone. Good bang for the buck.
