Last update: The manufacturer sent me a replacement device that I've been using during breaks for a few days. He continued to work without any problems. The USB ports are still upside down which is still very annoying but works. Update: I upgraded my rating because GreenLaw contacted me the day after I returned the product to Revain and offered to replace the product. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the product. Unfortunately I have already ordered a replacement from another brand. But +1 for the prompt response and actual attempt to resolve the issue. — — Update complete — — The device worked for 10 minutes and then stopped recognizing the USB flash drive during the transfer. Now doesn't recognize anything plugged into a USB port. Also: USB ports are upside down. If you place the device on the left side of the MBP as intended, each USB stick should be inserted upside down so you can't see the activity indicator.
