Aesthetically they are overall very pretty and serve the purpose I needed them for, but I had to give them 3 stars. Small pockets for storage (nuts, screws, nails, etc.) on the top shelf are attached with a thin transparent plastic piece that barely fits into the grooves and won't snap. Every time you open a crate, you have to make sure it's closed, otherwise everything you keep in it will spill onto the floor. I've had them for 2 days now and I'm already frustrated with the process. I like to have different sizes for different small things I have around the house and a large one for my small tool box so I keep it, but if you're looking for something more permanent, look elsewhere.
