Review on 🔒 SMONET Bluetooth Keyless Entry Smart Lock: Advanced Security with Fingerprint & App Control by Mark Allen

At first glance it looks like an inferior product, the installation was fairly easy and the app's interface was easy to set up, but that's about it. The fingerprint function is useless, my whole family fingerprinted and out of 5 people only mine works about 1 out of 10 attempts. (Very annoying if that was the main reason for choosing this lock) Second: PIT buttons to press, you have to press and press and press them until they decide to answer. The rear latch lever is already pretty loose when turning to latch the door and this thing is only a few months old. I don't see this thing lasting that long and I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, spend a little more but for a branded lock you'll thank yourself in the long run. I'm only giving 2 stars because it looks nice but that's the only reason for the stars. EDIT 1/13: I'm changing from 2 to 5 stars because the seller contacted me and after diagnosing that my lock might be faulty offered and expedited a replacement and also gave very good advice on how to make the lock work better. I just installed a new one and it works like a charm, would definitely recommend the product and seller.
