We used to use Tegaderm to cover the cannula and tubing of an insulin pump. I got tired of paying so much that I ended up having to cover two to cover the entire area. I've looked for alternatives and found one that allows us to cut a piece of the size we need without waste. Plus, it's only one-fifth the price of Tegaderm. I don't know if it will last the same number of days as the brand name material as the cannula sites are changed every three days. During this time he doesn't move. This is my step towards a product of the future. Highly recommend for other diabetics or active people covering all vulnerable spots.
