Alright folks. I knew I had an issue with the shifter mechanism where none of my side mirrors pivoted to the right but worked fine in every other direction. At first I thought maybe this was some kind of Democratic conspiracy that was STRONGLY provoked. Then I pulled myself together and returned to reality. It works. And it fits my 2003 F250 Superduty perfectly. With occasional visual inspection, it looks exactly like the original device. I had a bit of an issue getting the old block out of the door panel BUT unlike some reviewers I won't blame the replacement for that. Remove the indicated sub-plate from the armrest FIRST, and then remove the mirror switch from the indicated sub-plate. The switch just clicked into place and the harness connector just clicked into place as well. (And then I thought, oh my god, everything is going RIGHT! Is this some Republican anti-conspiracy?) And then... a tense pause. I took reality into my hands again and found that everything was working perfectly. Now I can move my side mirrors in any direction I want. (As any consummate politician can do)
