Well made loom, tools, instructions and loops

I bought 3 or 4 different staplers. I also bought different bows. Harrisville Loom, Tools and Loops - BEST, FAR! I believe cotton loops stand up to the heat when used as pot holders. Grinding with plastics - oh they won't. So don't use them like real potholders! But you can use these 100% cotton loops. Also, ALL of these hinges will fit your Harrisville tack. There are no failures. The other hinges I bought had TONS that didn't fit the machines. And the colors of the loops. Harrisville cotton loops are GREAT colors. Not so with other brands I've bought. Then there is the loom. The shape of the Harrisville loom helps hold the stitches in place as you work, rather than constantly slipping off. And it's a strong metal so unlike plastic looms it won't bend or break with use. And tools. Chic and well made. Some of the other brands of tools I've bought had sharp edges (and one of them had some jagged edges on the loom!) that got caught in the loops when I tried to weave them! Such a pain! The instructions are great too and give some ideas for making other things out of the squares. Stitching looms are very popular for good reasons. With the right loops, potholders make great gifts and are fun. There is a learning process and it is very helpful for the weaver who uses the loom. Also, this is a fairly short project that suits many people's situations better than something that takes a full day or more. Two tips I've read but haven't tried yet. One is to leave the loops on the loom for a day or so before weaving in the ends and taking the square off the loom. This can lead to an increase in stickiness. Second tip: to keep the ends of the loops from slipping off the loom, after weaving the edges, place the elastics on the edges of the loom over the loops. I have some leather laces that I think I'll try knitting in there. Someone should write a very detailed loom manual with tons of drawings and photos! I want this book!
