Review on 🎧 AUDIOVOX RCRN06GR Universal Learning Remote Control for 6 Devices, 11-inch, Black by Rachel Riley

This is an incredibly versatile and functional six-device remote control with backlit buttons at a very reasonable price. I bought one of these a few weeks ago and sent it back because the button backlight didn't work as the manual said. This seller was kind enough to give me a refund. I have just bought two more from this seller. The key backlighting on these two is exactly the same as the first. I will keep them as otherwise they are great remotes. I have a TV, Blu-ray player, stereo receiver, Roku, and another brand of audio amplifier that I use for TV audio. I can easily control them all with one remote control. The code list all worked except for a different brand of amp which required a new remote to learn commands from the original remote. Everything works perfectly. The button lighting works on all of these devices, but not as described in the operating instructions. You press the backlight button and the backlight turns on for four seconds. If you press other keys while the backlight is on, the indicators stay on while you press the keys and turn off four seconds after no other keys are pressed. The manual also says "once the backlight is turned off, any key press will turn it back on" but not for me. I had other, older RCA learning remotes that worked as described in the manual, so I returned the first one I bought, assuming it was defective. They all seem like that and I can live with that.
