The system was easy to use and had a lot of features.

So we were initially impressed with their free trial and the ability to see exactly how much we'd spend before committing. However after 2 weeks we realised that the system wasn't actually any better than other CRM systems we've used before (and we're currently using). For example, we have to open the customer record for each order, edit the order, then add it to the customer. It also requires us to input all the shipping details and delivery dates. These aren't major issues, but it means that if you have 50 orders per day you'll have to enter those 50 orders separately each day, which adds up quickly. Also the fact that you can't assign the customer directly to the order means that if you accidentally add an order to the wrong customer you'll have to manually remove it from the correct customer first, which can be time consuming. We've now spent hours fixing various errors in our data that weren't properly saved, we've spent hours entering the same information over and over again, we've wasted money because we paid for something that didn't meet our needs. If you need to track sales for multiple teams or businesses then Total Global Sports isn't suitable for you.

  • Easy to install and use, even if you don't know what it does.
  • Has some good features such as tagging contacts and sending mass emails and reminders.
  • Good price point

  • Very basic features, not many reports, no option to filter/group by customers etc.
  • Some people complain about the pricing - however you do get unlimited usage for 30 days and after that you only pay $
