Good quality chunky corkscrew AF
I used to have a corkscrew that was very similar in design but without the plastic. Probably the standard cheap all-metal that everyone seems to have in their drawer. However, it has a level of strength and thickness that will keep you from getting hurt by those doggedly trying to pull the plugs. On my cheap metal my hand sometimes cuts the teeth on the levers when I try to pull out and insert the whole assembly, but it doesn't happen at all on this one. I love this wine cork opener!
