I use 4 of these mats in my shed to prevent sand stains from my dirt and gravel driveway on newly renovated hardwood floors. Sand falls through the holes where it stays until I move the mats around every few weeks and use a Black and Decker cordless blower to clean the carport. I'm not a very good housewife, so these rugs make my sweeping and vacuuming jobs easier. This leaves more time for the grandchildren to swing. I'm really good at that!
