I agree with other reviewers that the initial setup was a bit confusing but it didn't take me long to figure it out. I love that it's a combination lock so I don't have to worry about losing the key. I've read about other castles being mysteriously pulled down, but so far this hasn't happened. This is a good lock for the price. I didn't give it 5 stars because I have a laptop lock for my work computer and it doesn't automatically unlock when you enter the combination. I use this lock on my Mac and was initially a little concerned that I would accidentally rip off the side of the laptop when I pulled the lock, but so far so good.
