The kit came with the missing parts of a rear shock absorber. The support team scammed me on the phone.
The kit arrived and I noticed that the rear shocks were missing the metal pieces that threw the bushings onto the shocks. I called support and they told me the kit should be exactly like this. Since the kit was actually missing parts, the shop charged me an additional fee to cut the required parts from my original shocks. I wish I had just received one of the other kits available. I lost $150 in Rough Country due to the mistakes of at least two people. The one who assembled the kit and the incompetent customer service representative. The only plus is that the spacers fit well.
