It's okay. Application tip is strange and I don't see the tint.
Normally I really like e.l.f. products, both their packaging and product alike. The product itself is nice, though I can't say i'll be running to get more anytime soon - it's a bit runny and I don't see the tint at all. it IS moisturizing, i'll give it that, but I think I would prefer normal chapstick over it if that's the only purpose.What I don't like about this, is the product application tip - It's completely flat where as these days I would normally expect some kind of organic/slanted shape. It feels sharp when applying and I almost thought part of it broke off or something.
- Somewhat sticky, and prefer the color options better.
- This is a very thick and sticky balm and there is no applicator so you waste a lot.
