My sister in law bought a used 2012 Ford Escape and was told the tailgate didn't work. After watching a YouTube video I was able to remove the back panel without damaging it or exposing that part. The first thing I checked was that it wasn't a fuse. I found the part number and was able to order it here. The part fit perfectly and worked right after I connected it. I appreciate the easy installation.
