Ease of use and access to our data via mobile devices. Allowing employees to work from anywhere in the world can be valuable when responding to an outage or incident where you need to work directly with your customer. There's nothing about MA Federal that I dislike. While their product is great, the price tag makes it hard to justify paying them monthly invoices. However, it's been easy for me to have them set up on my phone for quick emergency access. M A Fed has allowed us to react faster than before, to any issue without having to send someone out to physically go to the site. I highly recommend this program to anyone who has had issues finding information about their retirement benefits or other government programs. It was very user friendly and made it easy to navigate through all of my questions. There were times that I would have liked more options but overall everything worked as expected. The customer service provided by MA Fed was great! They went above and beyond what I could expect from any vendor.
