Can't stand what a day they are!
So should NOT be listed as a candy thermometer! After an unsuccessful batch of peanut brittle I come back and see the instructions only say up to 212 degrees! π‘ and I had to get to 305 degrees, which is the stage of a hard crack. I'm sure this is a great meat thermometer, but don't worry if you're making candy, which they clearly claim, BUT NOT! Wasted time and a whole load of peanut slices!
