Review on Sandwich maker Kitfort KT-1609 Panini Maker, red by Danuta Skierska-Wiel ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is average, I'm not sure it's worth the money.

It seems to me that there are more functional and convenient devices in the same price range. I chose a sandwich maker for a long time, after buying and using it for a long time (more than a year and a half), I’m almost sure that it would be better to choose another sandwich maker or a full-fledged grill.

Pros
  • Compact, adequate design, fries sandwiches.
Cons
  • Very unstable: for example, you have something inside (sandwiches), you want them to be fried on both sides, close the top lid holding the handle, at some point the sandwich maker starts to warp and can easily turn over. It is extremely inconvenient to wash: if you have cooked something fatty, be it meat, or if you just have cheese leaking out, then washing the panels is problematic, because. you can’t remove them, and pour water inside - harm the equipment. The heating temperature could be higher, often the cooked dishes lack the browning. In the sandwich maker itself, in the platform, a "pimple" sticks out (see photo). This is probably a marriage, and it would be necessary to deal with the replacement process, but this once again indicates that the assembly is not of the highest quality.
