Mixed several batches of biscuit dough for the first time today. The mixing bowl is so large that doubling the number of recipes was not a problem. In addition, the blender is very light! I'm used to the weight of Kitchen-Aid. It's very hard. This blender is very light. This makes it easy to move and store. The various blades - mixer, bread hook and whisk - are very large, comparable in size to a mixing bowl. Easy to clean. Also, there are suction cups or something like that on the bottom of the blender to keep it in place, which is really handy! Very satisfied.
