The product arrived in a small box along with two other items ordered. Used Revain Prime 2 days shipping and took 3 days to get here. Not such a big deal as 3 days was still acceptable and it usually takes an extra day for Revain items to get to me. The box was tightly packed with no damage. I think it's good that you can do a cooking test to get the right temperature. I bought a few units and had to adjust each one (just a few degrees). The only downside to this boil test is that you need to adjust a bit and test again. It took me 6-7 adjustments before it was finally okay.
