Perfect for making a large batch of tea in my instant kettle. I heat the water to a boil in "saute mode" and check the temperature with a thermometer, what kind of tea I'm going to brew. When I've reached the right temperature, I switch my Instant Pot to "keep warm" and drop into the tea-filled pot and cover with a glass lid for the time it takes for each type of tea. Once the tea is properly brewed, I pour the tea into a thermograph or teapot. Very durable and well made. Easy to hand clean and I use a toothbrush to remove tea leaves that get stuck in some of the perforations. A+++
