Review on 🍴 Premium Stainless Steel Steak Knife Set - Bellemain (4 pieces) by Brian Foster

I almost always use the good old Chicago Cutlery steak knives. The wooden handles are all faded and don't look as hot anymore. I thought I could think of something nicer. They look good and feel good. But they don't cut well. My old Chicago steak knives cut way better than these. I tried to figure out what the problem was and decided it was the tines. There are fewer of them and they are bigger and deeper than my Chicago knives. Now they're tearing up a lot more flesh than I'm used to. It's not a good smooth cut. It's a rattle that tears the suitcase apart. Just an old mess and more work than I'm used to. Of course, it's still doing its job and you're still eating the steak. So it's really hard to complain. But I'm getting old, and little things like good steak knives are luxuries that one would like to indulge in a little. I cannot recommend them. I think I'll keep looking. -SF
