Use them everyday. on my review.

I use these every day so my toes don't hurt from my bunions. They allow me to play sports and do things again without pain and discomfort from my toenail pressing up on the side of my shoe.

Pros

The caps are easy to slide on and provide a snug fit

May be difficult to apply and remove

My husband always has toe pain with his golf shoes. We bought these to help alleviate his discomfort. We went golfing yesterday and he was comfortable all day long. They are soft, and easy to slip on. He never complained once.
