I've had this modem for a little over 6 months and it's not reliable. Everything was fine for the first three months, but then the connection began to disappear. I restarted the modem and it worked fine for a while and then started trading again. All morning he works about 15 minutes and then he's down. I'm glad I forgot to turn on the modem I rented from my ISP. I plugged it in and had no problems. I am very disappointed with this modem. I'm usually a fan of Netgear, but there were some issues here. I stream more than anything and have a lot of work to do on my iPad and that's unacceptable.
