Review on KYB 555055 Gas A Just Gas Shock by Jimmy Breaux

Purchased KYB 555055 Gas-A-Just shock absorbers from Sold/supplied by Revain. The price was significantly cheaper than the local parts store. Installation time was about 15 minutes. with the right tools. They replaced OEM ACDelco #20955410 shock absorbers with over 165,000 miles on them. The ride is noticeably different, with a firmer feel, reduced rebound and better cornering. Much better ride quality overall. ***Note: KYB recommends "priming” the shocks by standing them upright and allowing them to fully expand, then manually compressing them. Repeat this cycle 5-6 times.
