Review on ⚙️ IC3D Gray One by Kenny Marozas

Small background . I ordered this red 1.75mm thread last week but I received a 3mm thread. I posted a comment in the seller feedback section stating that I received it on time but was disappointed that the wrong size floss was shipped to me. Well the owner/supplier contacted me shortly after I posted the review was very nice and apologized and assured me they would send me a new and correct 1.75mm reel but they went even further and further to try to make something. Correctly. Not only did they send me the 1.75mm red for free, they also sent me a second roll of nature. Happy to support a new business and would highly recommend their product based solely on their outstanding customer service. I'll update later when I try the thread so you know how it works. I also bought a spool of black thread to try. **To update**. I've been using this thread for about a week now and I love it! I have tried different ABS from different companies and the quality of this IC3D filament is noticeably different. It produces very high quality prints, I'm ordering a second spool of this red because I love it so much!
