Great pan, no peeling
We were skeptical but it has been holding up very well and surpass our expectations. We have been using it 3-4 times a day for the last 4 months and there is no sign of peeling or chip. Yes, we work from home and cook a lot. The handle is wood so we don’t put it in dishwasher and I think that helps it last longer too
- Nice pan to use no complaints so far.
- A thin layer of oil is required before cooking
