Perfect fit. Easy installation. Tools are not required. Note that the bottom tabs must be inserted first and then the top tabs are pushed into the metal retainer. Have someone turn the mirror left and right then up and down and keep your hands under the mirror in case it falls out so it doesn't fall and break.
