Works great with snap ring pliers
Works great and for breaking push pins. The only downside is that it has a sharp edge like wire cutters, so be careful not to apply too much pressure or you'll cut the plastic clips in half. Alternate use, I only used this to remove some burned out Christmas lights that needed replacing and were stuck. I snapped my nail trying to remove the light and this tool removed them with no problem.
