The ability to have multiple users at one time with different permissions is very helpful for our organization when we need more than 1 person working together within an account/project etc.. I dislike that you can't see who has access rights until after they are granted them which makes tracking down someone if needed difficult sometimes! This system allows us all of my team members (including myself) to be able to work efficiently without having to ask each other's permission everytime something needs done!!
