Not good for an Audi Q5 with a sunroof mat.
I have a protective mat in the trunk of a 2014 Audi Q5. The clips on this cargo net do not snap, they just have a small lip that fits over the hatch's metal hinges. My hatch hinges are upright and not resting on the floor because they go through the mat. This allows the mesh clips to slide easily off the hinges. I would not recommend this mesh to anyone who has a sunroof mat in their car.
