This was professionally packaged and looked brand new in every way. I also bought a screwdriver set for Nintendo consoles. I watched a YouTube video and followed the instructions to the letter and the whole process took me maybe 30 minutes while being very methodical and taking the time to use a piece of paper to mark the location of many of the screws after I she had removed. I swapped out the drive and put everything back together and my Wii really works! I'm so happy and my kids are excited. I hope we can keep playing for many years to come as I am absolutely against buying another console in the near future.
