Unmatched quality and customer service.
These tools never disappoint. Why pay more for the same quality. My insole broke at least twice due to inattentiveness and after a call to the SA with accusations, replacement parts were sent immediately. They take care of their customers like no other American company. I strongly recommend blaming the tools for this.
