Review on EMR-Bear by Mark Walsh

The interface is very user friendly which makes it easy to navigate through your medical records at any time of day or night! I am not able to access certain sections like my notes from before 2016 but this has been an issue with other systems as well in regards to being unable to go back further than 2 years when looking up previous visits/records. It's great that you can easily search what medications are prescribed along side medication allergies so there isn't much searching involved once you know what meds were given previously. This helps me keep track of all prescriptions I'm taking long term without having to check multiple different websites each month.
