high quality; Total Blackout

At first I bought regular Nicetown blackout curtains but they let in A LOT of light. I liked the color and the material but it wasn't what I was looking for. I checked these curtains again recently and they seem to have renamed them to clarify that they blackout the curtains by 50% which still seems a bit misleading. Maybe they could call them gray curtains or just curtains. However, after a few nights of poor sleep, I returned the 100% blackout curtains I ordered and they are amazing! The curtains are thick, reminding me of heavy hotel curtains. Even in broad daylight they completely darken my bedroom. The material is also very comfortable. My only complaint is that they are quite difficult to iron. I put them in the dryer with a damp cloth for twenty minutes and also ironed them before hanging them up. However, I think the time was well spent as they look quite elegant now. Overall, these curtains look great and contribute to a better night's sleep. So when you think of blackout curtains, you can't go wrong with them. Update a few months later: My neighbor texted me this morning asking what happened at another neighbor's house last night. I replied that I came early and didn't know what he was talking about. It turned out she had a gas leak and there was a fire engine outside my house for 30 minutes with its headlights on. I'm an incredibly light sleeper and two of my three bedrooms face the street. The fact that I slept through the night makes me even more convinced that these curtains are real!
