Was pretty easy to install. I just twisted it with the socket until my hand got tired and it doesn't seem to want to budge. I just took it from about 5 miles to 60 on my first ride and it's still working so we'll see. It curves a little when you look at it from the front and is a bit bigger than I was hoping for so I gave it 4 stars but for the price it's totally fine. The difference is that it's the only exhaust tip that fits my 2016 SR5. I think it's larger in diameter than any other 3rd Gen Tacoma. Counting. The sound doesn't change at all, purely cosmetic.
