Review on 💻 TP-LINK UH720 USB Hub: 7 Connectors, Sleek Black Design by Petar Petrov ᠌

Used with macbook + Steinberg UR242 sound card + Yamaha synthesizer. With an external hard drive through this hub, such problems have not been noticed. Has pros: In general, it works, does not fall off, but see the shortcomings. Different cons: I don’t know what this is connected with - with the specifics of the macbook or my devices, but there are such oddities: 1) The shutdown button on the hub case does not work when the power supply is disconnected - the hub continues to be powered by the laptop, and if you do not physically disconnect it from the laptop, it will continue to be powered by its battery and will not let the laptop fall asleep. 2) Sometimes when you turn on (after hibernation) the laptop does not find some of the devices, sometimes it helps to plug the device into another port of the hub, and sometimes only into another port of the laptop. Moreover, disconnecting the hub from the laptop and plugging the device directly into the same port will not work, you can only into another port! The only thing that helps is restarting the laptop.
