The ability to have handovers for multiple facilities at once, which is very useful when you're in charge of several sites/facilities.

I wish that this was more intuitive - it's not always clear how or where people should be inputting their data! We've been able to manage our projects much better with digital workflows than paper processes previously used. It has also enabled us to make changes quicker as we can easily see what needs changing without having to physically go through each step again manually (which would take time!).
