Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Y Peeler: Efficiently Peel with Ease in Horizontal Motion, Black by Andrea Sonnier

Really good razor sharp scissors. Holds the edge longer than a steel-bladed peeler, but the blade assembly can sometimes pop out of the Y-shaped holder when peeling tough-skinned foods like pumpkin. The little plastic loops in the corners are meant to pry potatoes' "eyes" out, but they're plasticky, boring, and a silly idea (or at least a good idea with a very silly execution). Hopefully. works just as long as the last steel knife I bought - it lasted almost 15 years before it started to dull. I wish one of these was made with a die-cast aluminum frame instead of flexible plastic.
