It took me a few times to get the hang of how I wanted it to work, but I found that once my cakes had cooled completely, I could turn them into Wrap food foil and put in sink. Freezer 30 min. Therefore, it will be easier for them to use this product to get nice, clean slices every time. I'm just a hobby baker for family and friends so maybe that's why I had a little trouble with my first cake using this cake. I think I was trying to level my cakes quickly so they actually fall apart. But I'm glad I learned this lesson because NOW I line it up perfectly every time I use this product ππ»
