Lock good, inside handle needs strengthening. All parts are cast from plastic. Therefore, the inner handle needs to be strengthened by adding screws in the battery compartment. Be sure to pierce in the middle and bottom, otherwise you may pierce the lead wires. Do not use a screw that is too long and tighten by hand to avoid over-tightening. The lock works perfectly and the remote control feature is my wife's favorite feature! THIS DOES NOT COME WITH SETUP OR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
