Fixed my problem on Windows 10 Pro

I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to figure out why my Apple Airpods Max are disconnecting, my TOZO NC2 N Bluetooth headphones won't connect and my JLab Omni Bluetooth headphones will not connect. will not connect to the new Gigabyte Z590 Ultra motherboard. I received this key to solve problems I have. It worked! First, I disabled the built-in Bluetooth adapter in Windows Device Manager. I then installed the Realtek drivers from the CD that came with it and that fixed all of the above issues.
