Full Details: I replaced all 4 shocks at once so this review is for the respective front and rear shocks on a 2008 Colorado Crew Cab 4x4. As another reviewer mentioned, if you want your truck to drive like a car, you're going to be disappointed. They are by no means coarse or overly harsh. Although these are truck shocks and the ride is reasonable in my opinion. I used to absolutely hate the soft ride. The truck drove like a '70s car with deflated shocks or something. Now he drives like a pickup. On-road it corners more confidently and feels more stable overall, off-road it never feels like you're sinking in and the tires keep good ground contact. Installation was pretty easy. The tricky part can be removing the old shock absorbers when they are rusty but that is not a thought and there are many forums with advice on this.
