Very good activity but adult supervision is required for children.
It was a really pleasant experience. The cork sheet is thick and flexible, and holes have already been drilled in each piece. The hammer was well made. The child loved playing with this set. I would argue that adult supervision is necessary when talking about younger children as tacks are very sharp. I put the parts in a small box before we started trying to keep the nails from hitting the ground.
